Q: How much does your service cost?
A: Business development programmes vary widely in scope and intensity, and also vary with the size of business and numbers of staff for some programmes. After our initial, free, consultation with you, we'll give you a fixed figure for the investment in your future
Q: How do I know it will work?
A: Our many years of experience coaching businesses and professionals means we can usually tell, BEFORE we start, whether the programmes will work. Part of our initial, in depth, consultation looks specifically at the way the business and its owner will respond to the investment. We’ll always tell you up front if we think things won’t work out.
Q: What’s actually involved in a business development programme?
A: All our programmes, whether for businesses, Not-for-Profits, NGO’s, or individuals, start with an in-depth, totally confidential consultation or “discovery” process. This may lead directly into our Business Warrant of Fitness if the issues are complex. We then move on to agree with you the goals and outcomes you want, and design a strategic “action plan” to move forwards. Regular meetings (usually fortnightly) and updates keep us on track, and allow for any changes of direction that become necessary. Periodic progress reviews confirm achievement, and in the case of larger businesses, repeating our key staff and customer surveys gives solid evidence of improvements made.
Q: What happens if I want to exit the programme?
A: Not a problem. We usually agree on a minimum term up front to allow for the needed “time to effect change” (nothing happens overnight) but if there is a genuine need to exit early, then usually that’s not a problem at all. We just ask for a bit of notice so that we can replan our schedules.

A: Whether you're looking for comprehensive development or practical solutions, our approach is flexible and customised for you. Options include structured modules, or monthly sessions tailored to your needs, utilising our network of skilled professionals

The 4 module structured programme, including all resources for you & your team, starts from NZ$1,250 plus GST. Individual custom sessions start from NZ$180 plust GST per hour.
